Shipping Policy

At Walt Warehose, we do our best to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are usually dispatched on the next business day after your order has been placed.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

If we expect any unusual delays, we will communicate this clearly on our website before you place your order.

Delivery Carrier

We currently ship all orders with DHL.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Netherlands, Germany & Belgium: 2–3 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to DHL operations, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our direct control. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will help you look into it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a DHL tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may need to charge additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with DHL.

We will do our best to support you and find an appropriate solution.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, include photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
